Privacy Policy

CasaCole is a private family application operated by Jeffrey Cole, not a public service. We process information authorized family users enter or connect, including account balances, transactions, documents, family profiles, messages, and security logs, to provide the family’s requested features.

SMS and consent

The registered Twilio brand is Personal Assistant, operated by Jeffrey Cole as Casita — Cole Family Assistant. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

For Casita SMS, we process the two authorized members’ phone numbers, incoming requests, consent and opt-out records, message identifiers, and delivery information. These are used to operate the service, honor preferences, and prevent unauthorized access.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Twilio processes message delivery and associated records. Vercel and Supabase provide application hosting and data storage; Google Drive stores uploaded documents; Plaid connects financial accounts. OpenAI processes requests and relevant data sent to Casita when AI features are used. Access is limited to what is necessary for the requested feature.

Access, retention, and choices

The application uses restricted accounts, server-side authorization, and secure transport. Records are retained while needed for family features, security, consent evidence, and applicable obligations. Contact ja@casacole.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Opt-out records may be retained to honor your choice. Session cookies support sign-in; this site does not use advertising cookies.
