CasaCole is a private, noncommercial application operated by Jeffrey Cole exclusively for the Cole family. Access is limited to expressly authorized family users. Unauthorized access, credential sharing outside the family, probing, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

SMS Terms

The registered brand is Personal Assistant, operated by Jeffrey Cole as Casita — Cole Family Assistant.

Casita — Cole Family Assistant is an optional personal messaging program for two authorized adult family members. Its intended uses are household lists and reminders, replies to questions, and summaries of the family’s own investments. It does not offer investment products, promotions, or financial services to the public.

Participation is voluntary and is not required to use CasaCole. Message frequency varies with your requests and enabled updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for help or contact ja@casacole.com. After opting out, no further program messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Review the SMS enrollment instructions and Privacy Policy. SMS is not intended for emergencies or sending passwords, Social Security numbers, or identity documents. AI summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate; check the underlying records before making decisions.
